Harlyn Signal box
I had a lot of photographs of Coaley that I took in 1965. These were invaluable in adding the clutter that makes a scene come alive. I could never have dreamed up the coal bin, lamp hut, ballast bin and signalman's bike myself. Note that from this high angle the flat bottomed rail and lack of ballast look rather stark. From closer to eye level this was not as apparent. The loco is a Collette 0-6-0 goods. The coach is a toplight 70 footer bashed from standard Triang coaches.
